Marat Kapelyushnik, founder & CEO at Astelion, is a serial entrepreneur and  international expert in the field of strategic management, innovation ecosystem development, private and corporate investments, international innovation programs for startups and companies, expanding their business to the Global markets.

Marat has more than 20 years of executive  experience in High-Tech, ICT, AdTech, CleanTech, Multimedia, EdTech, and HealthCare industries. 

He has served on the Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards of a number of startups, corporations and multilateral working groups, including international funding institutions. He bridges ecosystems, bringing together the key elements of innovations, connecting entrepreneurs, investors, corporations, service providers, universities and govermental authorities. 

Marat has:

• mentored hundreds startups through the Astelion Accelerator Program, helping them to realize their funding goals while significantly raising their market valuation, developing new sales opportunities, networks and strategic partnerships
• built investment vehicles, methodologies, strategies and deal-flow for VC/PE funds as well as for private, governmental and corporate investors
• provided strategic consulting to large corporations, SMEs and startups on market penetration strategy, investments and pre-M&A/IPO process, business development in new markets
• grown universities into innovation hubs; creating innovation ecosystems, building technology transfer centers, incubators, accelerators and university venture funds to leverage innovation into new revenue streams

Viacheslav is a mature business leader and strategist with a 20-year track record in a number of industries, including high-tech, management consulting, and ecosystem of open innovations. Versatile management professional, he focuses on strategy execution, strategic business development, co-innovation alliances and partnerships, GTM, and sales management.  

• Before coming to Israel and joining Astelion team in March 2022 as Director for Strategic business development and program management at Astelion, Viacheslav headed a business unit and managed diverse integrated initiatives, complex multidisciplinary programs and projects in innovations for several cutting-edge technological areas at Skolkovo Foundation in Russia, including "Technological Challenges Up Great", large scale program within National Technological Initiative.
• In the role of Deputy managing director, within 5 years he was responsible for strategic business development at SAP Labs CIS, including developing ecosystem for SAP technology platform, high-tech co-innovation alliances with corporations and startups, relationships with Authorities, Governmental agencies, VC’s, accelerators, and incubators across Russia and CIS countries. 
• He also worked as a Manager for Strategic projects at Microsoft corporation in Russia. Business activities and projects he led related to Russia, Israel, CIS, and some European countries.

Viacheslav graduated with honors - summa cum laude - from Physical Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University (Russia) and has an MBA degree in strategic management of California State University – East Bay (USA).

He is a recognized influencer and Ideation incubator, creating out-of-box solutions and business models, diving into unknown fields and making the new and different.

Amit is a profound executive with over 25 years of track record as a Board Member,

Amit held various managerial positions such as Managing Director of AC Consulting where he served as a strategic consultant/advisory board for dozens of startup companies, CFO in New York Synthetics, CFO and Executive Strategic Consultant in Implisit (Acquired by Salesforce), Professional investor in Ofer Hi-Tech/Naiot where he served as Executive VP and as a Board member of portfolio companies, Country manager & Board member in 4-Innovation, VP Business Development of clean-tech investment house, Executive Economist in Johnson & Johnson pharmaceuticals (JNJ), Desk Manager of Europe and Financial Analyst in TTI Telecom (Nasdaq: TTIL), Trustee of 3 leading mutual trust funds on behalf of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), CEO & board member of a startup company (GRSee) in the field of Governance Risk & Compliance.
